Costech Elite has advanced its Elite service right to your doorstep. With a courier pickup and delivery service, you can rest assured that your patients' work is in safe hands. Your cases will be secure and traceable at all stages in transit via the internet.
You are welcome to continue using our free Royal mail service along side our new Elite courier service. The charges for using this service are listed below.

How to schedule your pickup
By Phone
Call the Costech Elite team on 01474 320076 to request a pickup. Please quote the dentists account number if known, and a preferred time of pickup. We will email you a label to print and attach to your package. If you do not have an email facility, let us know and we will ask the UPS driver to bring a label to you.
By Email
Email the Costech Elite team on pickup@costech.co.uk with your full address, contact name and number and a preferred date and time for your pickup. Please also give any specific requirements which the UPS delivery person may require. Your packaging label will be emailed back to you with your confirmation number.
By Internet
You can request a pickup online at www.ups.com by quoting our account number: 43E724 and address as stated above.
Tracking your package
When you receive your tracking number, you can track the job online at www.ups.com. Costech Elite holds no responsibility in the unlikely event that a package is lost/damaged by UPS, all refunds or compensations will be dealt with directly with UPS.
